HapNex, Inc., a Delaware corporation. The Vendor Agreement establishes a framework effective for each business on its authorized acceptance. Customer order acceptance and paid bookings remain closed. A vendor booking mode requires a separate recorded choice and verified booking arrangements.
The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy take effect upon actual publication, subject to their notice rules. The applicable privacy notice is provided before collection. The Vendor Agreement starts on the authorized acceptance recorded for your business; reviewing it does not confirm a booking. The User Agreement remains a draft and is not offered for acceptance. Existing accepted agreements keep their fixed versions. For an existing vendor, a material revision requires at least 14 calendar days of notice and express acceptance before a future booking uses it; publication or an existing signature does not accept the revision.

Version 1.5 is retained as a historical public copy: Vendor Agreement v1.5, User Agreement v1.5, Terms of Use v1.5 and Privacy Policy v1.5. New provider acceptances use Version 1.7. Earlier versions are retained in a private archive. If you accepted an earlier agreement, your recorded version remains unchanged. You can obtain your accepted copy through your account or contact team@hapnex.ai.
